Refund policy

 

Please pay attention to the size, quantity and the type of materials of the item you are requesting.  We do not accept returns or process refunds unless there is an error by us. All of the jewelry online is .925 Sterling Silver unless stated otherwise.  An example of an error by us is having the incorrect quantity of an item available online. If an item is out of stock we will contact you via email and wait up to 10 hours before a refund is processed for your out of stock item. Once a refund is initiated you will receive an email to the account listed on your order. 

If you change your mind within 30 minutes of placing an order and would like to request a refund, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your order, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that this gift card can only be used for future purchases on our website and we are unable to issue refunds through any other payment method. Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

** We are not liable for parcels with no signature that are marked delivered but not received. We are also not liable if you enter the incorrect address during checkout.If your package is marked delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS.**
