Jewelry Extended Warranty

An Extended Warranty provides two replacements per year for the duration of your warranty. Before sending back the purchased item, customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Form and provide their Order#. Upon receipt of the return, we will ship the replacement item.

In the case the original item is no longer stocked, we will offer Store Credit to be redeemed on a new item, excluding Custom Rings and Diamond Products.
